Industrial Fin-Plate Condensers | Custom Cooling Solutions

Industrial Fin-Plate Condensers

High-performance fin-plate condensers featuring copper and stainless steel tubes with aluminum and copper fin options. Our fin-plate design maximizes heat transfer surface area through tightly spaced thin metal plates mechanically bonded to the tube bundle. Each condenser is custom-engineered to your specific operating parameters, refrigerant type, and space constraints.

Available Materials: Copper Tube Stainless Steel Tube Aluminum Fin Copper Fin
Fin-Plate Construction Explained
Our condensers use a fin-plate (plate-fin) design where thin metal plates are stacked and mechanically bonded to horizontal tubes. This construction provides exceptional surface area density for efficient heat rejection in a compact footprint. Unlike shell-and-tube designs, fin-plate condensers excel in air-cooled and forced-draft applications where refrigerant vapor condenses inside the tubes while cooling air passes over the finned surface. All units are custom-designed — we do not offer standard off-the-shelf models.

Copper Tube × Aluminum Fin

Best Value · Most Popular Configuration
Copper Tube + Aluminum Fin

The industry-standard configuration offering an optimal balance of thermal performance, weight, and cost. Copper tubes provide excellent heat transfer and corrosion resistance for refrigerant flow, while aluminum fins deliver lightweight, high-efficiency air-side heat rejection. This is our most widely specified condenser type across all industries.

Stainless Steel Tube × Aluminum Fin

Chemical Resistant · High Temperature Rated
Stainless Steel Tube + Aluminum Fin

Engineered for aggressive chemical environments and high-temperature applications where copper is not compatible with the process fluid. Stainless steel tubes handle corrosive refrigerants and process fluids, while aluminum fins maintain cost-effective air-side heat transfer. Common in chemical processing and industrial refrigeration.
